Your time starts and end at the scheduled time of the reservation. The bus will be at the pickup site 30 minutes prior. Although we know your time is valuable, so the bus will leave on time

You can bring you own cigars in the lounge however, there will be cigars onboard for purchase as well. If you want a specific cigar during your rental time, please let us know at the time of reservation. Please note, there will be an additional fee for special ordered cigars.
A provisional booking of agreed upon day will be held up to seven days prior to event, after which time it is OFF DA HOOK discretion to release the date. A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required at the time of booking in order to secure your date. Payment must be received in full at least 7 days prior to event. Notwithstanding anything said or written nor deposit paid the booking shall not be deemed to have been accepted by OFF DA HOOK unless and until a formal letter of confirmation is issued to concern parties. Should you be forced to postpone your event, the original deposit that was paid to OFF DA HOOK may be transferred to another date (subject to availability) within 3 months of the original event date. *Only one date transfer will be permitted. An unauthorized cancellation without proper notice will be charged 50% of the total rental fees.
· If adverse weather presents itself and OFF DA HOOK cancels their appearance, you will receive the opportunity to transfer your date or receive a full refund of all monies paid.
· Minimum booking time of 4 hrs is required for securing your date.
